The ayurvedic massages and treatment are executed by Matthew Joseph from Kerala, India. Because of his personal and cultural background and his many years experience of veda you get original ayurvedic massage treatment.

General recommendations for our ayurvedic guests:

After the treatment please avoid direct sunshine and/or wind. If necessary put on a hat and warm clothes. Please make sure that you have time to relax and do not arrange appointments after treatment. Drink plenty of (preferably hot) water to support detoxification. Please do not take a cold shower after treatment so that the pores remain open for purification.
The ayurvedic treatment is recognized by the EMR and most of the private health insurance companies.
