AYUR·YOGA is a holistic path according to the tradition of Krishnamacharya. It focuses on the connection of body, breath, and mind. Special emphasis is laid on adapting yoga practice to the individual. Traditional Yoga philosophy and Yoga application according to western demands are key factors. In AYUR·YOGA the connection with Veda is important and therefore vedic knowledge is integrated in the yoga practice.
