AYUR·YOGA Therapy is a traditional science from India and an art of healing according to yogic and vedic principles. The aim of this holistic therapy is to align body, breath, and mind which means to reach a state of balance. According to the yoga tradition of Krishnamacharya the body, breathing, and relaxation exercises are adapted to the individual and his/her specific needs. Therapy requires the willingness to practice Yoga exercises regularly and on one’s own.
