AYUR·YOGA is the path to holistic health and harmony as body, breath, and mind are balanced. Through body and breathing exercises, mantra chanting, relaxation, and meditation we get access to our wholeness. We will practice yoga for four hours per day.

Location:

Casa el Morisco, an Andalusian Finca, is located 20 km west of Malaga. Surrounded by hills, it is situated in a fertile valley with many fruit trees and provides sea view. The beach and the village Benajarafe can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. A large tropical garden with a swimming pool and a sunbathing area with palm and fruit trees surround the casa and offer guests many areas to relax. There is an Indian garden with exotic plants, a pond, a temple, and a waterfall. Various tours are offered, for example hiking excursions or trips to Granada.

Arrival: individual travel arrangements.

The accommodation includes meals, drinks, and transfer. Single rooms are available but limited. Info: Casa el Morisco.
